I want to encourage the people who think yoga isn’t for them to give it a try. I promise you if you have a body and you can breathe, yoga can meet you right where you are.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is an invitation to slow down and soften. In this class, you’ll be guided into deeply supportive shapes using props and stillness, giving your body the chance to fully rest and release.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a gentle dance of breath and movement a flowing practice that meets you where you are and moves with you. In this class, we’ll link breath to movement in a way that feels intuitive, grounding, and spacious.

Meditation

Meditation is your invitation to pause, to turn inward, and to simply be. In this space, there’s nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to, just a gentle return to your breath, your body, and the present moment
